The Process: How It Works

Step 1: Let’s Connect

Submit an Inquiry Form, and we’ll schedule a Discovery Call to discuss your event’s goals, branding, and must-haves for the landing page.

Step 2: Let’s Make it Official

Once we confirm the fit, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for deposit to secure your VIP Day. Afterward, you’ll receive a welcome packet with all the details to prep for our day together.

Step 3: Pre-VIP Prep

Complete a Content Workbook to provide essential details like event copy, branding assets, and visuals.

Please note you’ll have one to two weeks of prep work to complete before our session.

Step 4: Your VIP Day

Your VIP Day Experience begins at 10am ET and runs until 5pm. W hile you focus on tasks or take time for yourself, I’ll be diligently working on your landing page in the background.

Although it is a collaborative process, please note that it’s not an in-person or Zoom intensive. We’ll communicate seamlessly through a chatbox.

Step 5: 30 Days of Follow-up

Following our session, you’ll receive 4-weeks of post-VIP Day support. Feel free to reach out if you encounter any challenges or need further guidance related to the work we completed together.

  • No, I don’t handle sales page or email copywriting. I firmly believe in staying in one’s zone of genius, and copywriting isn’t in my area of expertise! You’ll need to come prepared with copy already written either by you or a professional copywriter.

  • To keep things transparent, here’s what’s not included in this package:

    • Full-service copywriting

    • Branding (e.g., logo or color palette creation, etc.)

    • Landing page hosting or domain fees

    • App fees for integrations or third-party tools

    • Legal language (e.g., privacy policies, terms & conditions)

  • Life can throw curveballs, and I understand that. You can reschedule your session once, without extra charge. Just give me at least one week’s notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.

  • After your VIP Day, I’ll provide you with a video summary explaining how you can make any minor edits. Additionally, you’ll receive 30 days of FREE tech support in case you encounter any issues. If you require support beyond that, we can discuss other paid maintenance plans.

  • I’d highly recommend booking any available slot s soon as possible to secure your spot.
